It is a very common tradition in Greece to celebrate the second Thursday of the carnival period, known as “Tsiknopempth” (Τσικνοπέμπτη), with a lot of meat, dance and traditional greek spirits!
Accordingly, the late shift had a great idea. They gathered around in the Greek taverna “Meteora” and had a fantastic time and plenty of “gyros” and of course “ouzo”!
The best way of ending up a 11-hours long shift!!
